1 Introduction

Welcome to Inerk. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any associated virtual ledger services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

2 Virtual Wallet & Escrow Ledger

Inerk operates a closed-loop digital wallet system to secure transactions within the platform:

  • Deposits: Users deposit real fiat currency via our licensed integrated payment gateways (e.g., Paystack). These physical funds are securely held in Inerk's corporate ecosystem account, and a matching virtual balance is credited to the user's dashboard.
  • Task-Based Locking: When a Crew Leader assigns an operational task, the specified virtual funds are instantly locked in a platform escrow state.
  • Fund Release: Locked escrow funds are transferred to the worker's virtual wallet only after the designated task has been reviewed and marked as approved by the Crew Leader.

3 Fees and Financial Settlements

Inerk maintains a sustainable infrastructure by executing automated transaction cuts:

  • Platform Fee: A standard 10% commission fee is automatically deducted by Inerk from the internal virtual balance during the task-approval or payroll phase.
  • Withdrawals: Users may request to cash out their cleared virtual balance to a verified local bank account. Physical payouts are securely processed out of Inerk's corporate account using dynamic payout integrations.

Strict Financial Safety Rule

Funds deposited into the system must be utilized for platform services or payroll operations. Users are strictly prohibited from depositing money and making immediate, unspent withdrawal requests.

4 Anti-Circumvention Policy

To preserve operational safety and platform integrity, all service negotiations, task management, and payroll processing must remain entirely within Inerk.com.

Policy Violations

  • • Users may not exchange external bank details, personal phone numbers, or off-platform payment links within the platform communication workspace.
  • • Any attempt to deliberately bypass the 10% platform fee by executing direct bank transfers or external payments for jobs initiated on Inerk will result in immediate account termination.

5 Crew Discretion & Dispute Resolution

Crew Leaders are entirely responsible for managing their internal crew rosters and assigning task valuations. To prevent bad-faith behavior or wage withholding:

If a worker completes an assigned task but the Crew Leader fails or refuses to approve the release of the locked escrow funds, the worker holds the right to file an official internal dispute. Inerk administration will review the work submission evidence and retains absolute discretion to manually route the virtual funds to the rightful party.
