When a job is completed, both the worker and the employer must independently click "Job Done." Only when BOTH confirm does the escrow payment release to the worker. If there's a disagreement, our dispute resolution team reviews the chat history and evidence to make a fair decision.

If the employer doesn't respond within 48 hours after the worker confirms, the payment is automatically released. If there's an active dispute, our team investigates and resolves it within 24 hours. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior — scammers get permanently banned.

When you accept a negotiation, the employer's payment is locked in escrow. The worker can only receive funds after delivering the work and the employer approving it. If the employer doesn't respond within 72 hours of delivery, the payment is automatically released to the worker. If either party has an issue, our dispute resolution team steps in.

Anything legal! Plumbing, electrical, cleaning, delivery, graphic design, web development, writing, tutoring, event help, moving — you name it. If someone can do it, it can be on inerk. We do have content guidelines that prohibit illegal or harmful services.
